General Policy
Prices Shown are Patient Pricing - Healthcare Professionals Register to Receive Wholesale Code for Discounted Pricning.Wholesale pricing is strictly for medical professionals and their facilities in order to offer the highest quality product and the lowest price. All pricing contained in our price list are Best Prices Possible as we are the Manufacturer & Authorized Distributor of all Products listed.

Terms
Products Shipped UPS unless otherwise noted.
Net 30 days on approved accounts. Accounts over 30 days will be charged 2% per month interest on the unpaid balance. 
All further shipments will be COD until the original outstanding balance is cleared. All prices are FOB, Oshkosh, WI. USA

Returns
Prior approval is required for all returns. 
Merchandise in good condition, which has been approved for return, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
A minimum return charge of $3.00 will be made even if this exceeds 15% of the item returned.

Special Orders
Special orders are made to your specifications and are not returnable for credit or exchange.

Minimum Orders
On orders under $25.00, a $2.50 service charge will be added in addition to the freight charge.

Claims
All claims for damage or shortage must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of order.
